Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website and the quotes we give through it. The transport of your boat or vehicle is separately governed by the transport agreement and the bill of lading for that shipment, which control if anything here conflicts with them.

Who we are

Xclusive Transport Services LLC is a licensed interstate motor carrier operating under USDOT 2817526 and MC-939339, based at 19 Hazelwood Rd, Eldon, Missouri. You can verify our authority and insurance on the FMCSA SAFER system before you book anything, and we encourage it.

We are a carrier, not a broker

We haul what we accept, on our own equipment, with the owner driving. We do not post loads to a load board and we do not hand your shipment to a third party carrier. If we cannot take a job, we will tell you rather than arrange it out.

Quotes

• We do not publish rates on this website. Every lane is different and a number produced by a calculator is not a real quote.
• A quote is based on what you tell us: the two ends of the trip, the dimensions, whether the item runs or rolls, access at both ends and the timing. If any of that turns out to be materially different, the price may change, and we will tell you before we move anything.
• A quote is not a booking. A booking exists when we confirm the lane and the window with you.
• Loads requiring oversize permits or escorts are priced with those included. We do not add them afterwards.

Scheduling

We run one truck. Pickup and delivery are given as a window, not a guaranteed hour, and weather, permits, road restrictions and mechanical issues can move that window. We will keep you told. If you need a hard date, say so before you book so we can be honest about whether we can hold it.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate dimensions, especially beam and height on a boat. Those decide whether a load is legal and what route it can take.
• Prepare the item as described on the relevant service page, including removing loose gear and personal belongings.
• Personal items left inside a vehicle or boat are not cargo and are not covered.
• Make sure someone with authority can release the item at pickup and receive it at delivery, or give us the name and number of whoever will.
• Tell us about anything that does not run, does not roll, does not steer or does not brake before pickup, not on the day.

Insurance and claims

We carry cargo and liability coverage as a licensed motor carrier, and the current policy is listed on the FMCSA record linked above. Condition is photographed at both ends of the trip. Any claim for loss or damage must be raised with us promptly and is handled under the terms of the bill of lading and applicable federal law for interstate carriage.

What we will not haul

We do not carry hazardous materials, and we do not transport anything illegal or anything left inside a vehicle or boat that the owner has not declared. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a load if it is unsafe, out of spec, or not what was described.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Interstate carriage is also subject to federal law and regulation.
