Xclusive Transport Services LLC ("we", "us") operates this website. This page explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are a one truck carrier, not a data business, and we collect as little as we can get away with.

What we collect

Information you give us

The quote form on our contact page asks for your name, phone number, email address, the two ends of the trip and any notes you add. That is the only form on this site. We use it to price your lane and to reply to you. If you call, text or email instead, we keep that conversation and the contact details attached to it.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, records pages viewed, rough location by region, device type and how you arrived. It is aggregate traffic measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session activity such as scrolling, clicks and mouse movement, and produces heatmaps. We use it to find parts of the site that confuse people. Clarity masks text input by default, so it is not capturing what you type into the quote form.
• Standard web server logs, including IP address and browser, kept for security.

Cookies

The analytics tools above set cookies. Nothing on this site requires a cookie to work, so if you block them in your browser the site still functions normally. We do not run advertising retargeting pixels on this site.

Who else handles your information

• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel hosts the quote form and stores submissions so we can reply to them. Your form data goes to them and to us.
• Google and Microsoft, for the analytics described above.
• Our website host, for the operation of the site itself.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to a lead broker. That is worth saying plainly in this industry, because plenty of transport websites are lead generation operations whose actual product is your phone number.

Calls, texts and email

When you give us a phone number on the quote form, you are asking us to get back to you, and we may reply by phone call or text message as well as email. Message and data rates may apply. We use your number to talk to you about your shipment. We do not run marketing text campaigns. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or just tell us.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and shipment correspondence are kept while the job is live and afterwards as business records, including anything needed for insurance or a cargo claim. Analytics data is kept on the retention schedule of the provider.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email xclusivetransportservices@hotmail.com or call 573-216-9739 and we will handle it directly. There is no ticket system here.

Children

This site is for people arranging vehicle and boat transport. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
